If you’ve followed on my social media for some time, I’ve been going in and out of blogging since early 2013. I mean, I’ve blogged everything about just my life to books and back to my life. I’ve tried to run a website that had a lot of writers that added to it, and it worked for a year, but then like everything else, I got burned out.
I had tried to start another blog at the start of last year, but there’s just something about writing about my life that just…isn’t as interesting as I would like for it to be. So, I took a break from it, didn’t look at it, and threw myself into reading again. That also made me want to try to make a book blog that was just based on books and writing and other things, but then life got in the way.
Now it just sounds like I’m making excuses. Okay, maybe am I little bit.
Going in 2019, I told myself I was going to push myself out of my comfort zone…with everything. The books I read. My writing. My creativity. Working out. Cause nothing good comes from staying in your comfort zone, right?
Please tell me I’m right.
And this is what made me decide to get back into blogging. Not just Tumblr blogging (cause I’ve been down that rabbit hole for almost a year), but blogging where I can talk about my thoughts, ideas, and other things that I want to share with you all.
Book and movie reviews, monthly favorites, books I read that month, my thoughts on writing, and advice? I don’t really know about that last one. I mean maybe advice on how to read more or like life advice. Who knows.
For the one of you that are new here, let me break myself down for you.
