Skyward

TITLE: Skyward
AUTHOR: Brandon Sanderson
READ DATE: April 16, 2020 to April 22, 2020
RATING: ★★★★ ★// 5

To be honest, I have put off any kind of reading of any Brandon Sanderson book. Just thought of picking one up meant having a time commit that I was afraid I wouldn’t have or even more afraid that I would become bored with the story plot.

But this wasn’t the case with Skyward.

No Exit

No Exit

TITLE: No Exit
AUTHOR: Taylor Adams
READ DATE: April 1, 2020 to April 3, 2020
RATING: ★★ // 2

I—I really don’t even know where to start with this review. If you saw my Instagram post on it then you know I feel, and I know this review won’t be long at all compared to others on my blogs. I let the hype from the end of last year surrounding this book totally play into my enjoyment, but then I also didn’t find it that enjoying either.

Sooooooo……

Meet Cute

TITLE: Meet Cute
AUTHOR: Helena Hunting
READ DATE: August 10, 2019 to August 13, 2019
RATING: ★★★★★ // 5

You guys….you guys. I don’t even know where to start with this book. Not only did I fly through it in two and a half days. Lets be I started it super late on the 10th of August and probably read 25 pages, but then the next two days I read well over 100 pages each day.

I could NOT get enough of Daxton, Kailyn and Emme. Oh my heart is so freaking full and I LOVE IT!

Before I gush about it way too much and refuse to stop, lets break everything down that I loved and disliked about this book.

I’m going to be honest with you all, I picked this book a month ago and put it down cause the start of it was not grabbing my attention. Totally thought the same thing when I went to pick it up this second…but as you can tell…I read this book in 5 days.

Sooooooo, it’s totally worth that painful start.

The Unhoneymooners

The Unhoneymooners

TITLE: The Unhoneymooners
AUTHOR: Christina Lauren
READ DATE: June 29, 2019 to July 9, 2019
RATING: ★★★★★ // 5.00

At this point is there anything that Christina Lauren can’t do and I won’t fall in love with their characters so freaking much? I mean, I really am asking since this is the second book I’ve read from them and I love it so much!

I did go into this book knowing that it was an enemies to lovers trope and that’s it. I highly suggest the same if you plan on picking up it! It makes it that much more enjoyable.

Spoilers ahead!!

RATING: ★★★★★ // 4.75

Fall in love, break the curse. More like fall in love and break my heart why don’t you.

This book, you guys, I don’t know where I thought it was going. To be honest, I thought it would be another A Court of Thorns and Roses, but NO. While it’s a Beauty and the Beast retelling, it stands on its own with it’s own twist and turns. I have a lot of feels for this book, and I’m not sure I even know where to start.
